I think maybe something like a boot camp might give you a little bit of external accountability, like you've got a trainer there that's able to adjust your technique. For me, doing cardio on your own is pretty miserable, especially if you want to push yourself quite hard. You can find a good boot camp class for a tenor, a session. And the boot camp runners, the boot camp organizers want you to come back, so they're going to make it as fun as they can make it. They'll have partner exercises and all that stuff. By the end of the session, you actually look at what you've done to yourself and you think, fuck, this really hurt.
