Poor sleep, ind a lot of ways, makes you fat. We actually burn less calories when we're sleeping poorly. It's like being hungry all the time when we could just conjure lobster rolls. So think of sleep as being a vital resource that you don't even have to hunt or search for or gather. You could just make it yourself, if you just chill out and let it happen.
