The Role of Technology in Remote Service Delivery

The pandemic for Metler spurred a lot of interest in these different capabilities. I'm really allowed us now to implement a tool that's having a real strong and profound effect in how we provide service to our customers. And so I think ourselves, like a lot of the industry, really went and moved quickly towards those remote tools. It was the nudge that we needed to implement it.
