How Do You Mystify the Business Models?
A, so i used to draw, like, i like systems diagrams. A, for me, that's just part of the way that tha, i think. So i would draw like, little pictorial systems of of how how any of our clients business models worked. Another way is to pull kind of case studies. From an m ba lens, doing a competitive analysis is a common thing where you look at a bunch of companies out in the world and maybe there's a two by two somewhere in there.
