I mean, so, i love to run. I've signed up for road races that were like, not an expensive thing, like, this is going to be the thing, but ketcs me out there. And then i just don't make the time to train the way i need to. And then, and, and i hate that feeling. I've also done with like, you know, like

or other beauty classes. And ai, i know that feeling so well, because it's like the double guilt of you knowing that you didn't show up for something that you wanted to, you know, and that youd tendo and and the loss of money, right? But i tend to, like, always go down the path of self forgiveness. And at that point, you know, it's the money has already been spent. And the best thing you can do is kind of just be like, so it didn't, it didn't happen. It didn't work out, you know? Right? Ye,

agree. Batch under the orange lights. If you feel like this is happening a lot, like you keep doing this, why don't you just take a pause on working out an orange theory? Clearly there's something like that you don't that's not working. Maybe you're burnt out. That's ok. Like, you don't have to love orange theory. There's no rule out there that says orange theory is, is, is a must, like, o, you know, maybe you need a change it up anyway. Like, maybe this isn't he orange theory, and you aren't meshing right now. You guys are going through face. You need to have like, a little, you need to on, take a break. But in terms of the money stuff, like, maybe if it would e, like you said, didnye, like you've already spent it, think of it as a donation to orange theory, and maybe work out at ndifferent day without spending money in a different capacity, and feel like you got it back that way. Yes? La, but yes, i think the gilt around not working out, it almost makes the work out so much worse. I feel like your doing it for the wrong reasons exactly.
