The Importance of Sitting Up

When you measure in the morning, if you sit up, you are in a state that is not of absolute rest like when you are lying down. So this additional what the static stressor of just sitting down sometimes helps to highlight a bit better your body's response. The important bit is always to do it the same way every day. I think that is key. Exactly for sure. Because otherwise we start adding differences just because we do it a bit differently. And not necessarily there is a difference in this.
