Running a Ton
When i was running a ton, we pioneered a fasted training. We'd run nine miles every morning and then come back and eat breakfast. The best thing that we could do for our health is not to give up smoking. There's evidence that if you're under the age of edymptolympic age, it's even more debatable whether or not this can be done.
