A power lifter only has, or will compete in the back squat. The adaptation needed to become extremely mobile and flexible has decreased their ability to maintain a lot of load on their bod. There is no gold to rule that says you have to bell back squat. It doesn't matter for just general fitness, if your goald is to load a squat.
