In Dharana you're coming back to the object. In Deana there's just the object. And it's like that with the breath. You know just like so gentle just come back againCome back again come back again, and then what happens is if you keep coming back over and over and over then some concentration starts happening. Susan do you have a question? I just actually wanted you to maybe clarify the mark. Growing around you were talking you said there's no dropping. There's no letting down. Maybe you were talking a different context because you were saying that when you don't even drop the viewpoint. It's just dropped. Does that make sense?
