The warm up should be an ingrained phenomena that by the time you get to a race event, especially a pinnacle racing event, it's kind of automatic as we said in nature. The most critical thing with a dynamic warm-up is again, just making sure the athlete feels good. And then based on our context and history and knowledge of the athlete, you can then massage different directions to go with a warm-up to help kind of elevate them in that moment.
