The Importance of Habits

When we build a habit on our brain it means that we've done something for long enough that it becomes a habit, our routine. Everything that's a routine or every repeated behavior that we do is a habit. No matter if comfort is healthy or toxic our brain is wired for comfort. Avids mean comfort because our brain knows what to do in case something is detonated. The time I could have used to do something productive I went on social media to distract my brain. This is a habit and I know that a lot of you guys do this as well.
