The Role of Representative Design in Strength and Conditioning for Volleyball Athletes

In volleyball, sometimes the furthest away from representative design when it comes to strength and conditioning. You're preparing someone for more of a dance routine or a ballet versus interacting back and forth competition. If you don't know how someone's playing you, if that affordance to utilize that move doesn't appear, then you're not going to go. So we as a coach have to be very flexible. And so our warm up looks totally different than probably any place or most places that you'll see.
