Do You Run on a Treadmill?
If someone is not used to running on a treadmill, I would say don't even think about doing it on the treadmill because it can be stressful for some people. You want to have a nice steady heart rate throughout this test. And so you'll do nice little warm up for 10 or 15 minutes and then you will hit the lap button on your watch, start your test.
