I agree in very holistic approach. I try to figure out things, but i do know this structure will always win over unstructured. And that's why, with some of the things that i've done, i try to tell people i don't necessarily agree with training a sport. With a sport like, i don't think you can train an olympic lifting type of weight lifting programme for an athlete. Same thing where if you invest your entire time on a power lifting programme, there's certain things that is a detriment to the athlete's development.
