Key stake hold er buying is critical to getting buy from key stake holders. The more you can get them to lean into the programme and provide in, put into what they think the programme should be, the stickier the programme will be. They'll be anxiously waiting for any sort of feedback that comes through the programme that allines with their objectives. You don't want to start a winlaw's programme on your own and just start calling into different organizations without doing all that pep work first.
