Wyoming in general and just small town living is pretty conducive to entrepreneurship. I didn't even have that as a thought in my mind growing up. These towns, that one, 12,000, but there were a few towns that were a lot smaller than that. It was in a way, wild, wild west. There weren't a ton of rules.
