The way you act or the way bar operators act is reflected through their staff. So, that's kind of a very immediate consequence of maybe your behavior as a person in charge. What about though, like, in the grander scheme of things? So, say you're a younger bartender and you come up a certain way or you're taught or treated a certain way because that's the environment of that bar or maybe it's a kitchen too,. Like, to what extent in your experience does that then continue as a cycle into other bars?"
