How to Maximize Free Form Style Training

I do not shy away from hard mental or physical work I just need to do it on my schedule which a lot of athletes do this makes sense. Much of what we're doing here at trainer road is focused on making it so that you can be more consistent with your training because that's what's going to make you faster. consistency will take you to potentially great heights but at least maintain the height that you've achieved and as I get older I become increasingly as you put it rebellious with a more ADHD brain.
