i speak about control a lot. Control is really important for any type of trainin such an al run, or any element. But for threshold workout, o tha tae, threshold workcase, it's really important you control them. You can do three by ten minutes, which is great, but the key is to not go too fast. Think of it as stepping stones. Take three steps forward, one step other side. We're never taking steps backwards. If you keep controlled, you're always moving forwards.
