The AOV and product catalog are the two like main factors there. Don't send them an email two days later to buy something else. They haven't even gotten their order. When they're buying for the first time, typically you wanna wait until they get the product to try to upsell them again unless you were doing it on the cart page. QR codes in the packaging or like a nice retention play? And should people be given like discounts or is it like to Ash's point involving people in the community or where do you stand kind of on that?
