Tom, peps and i'd highly recommend effr first work. We sat in aam webena with a group of like minded research schools in australia,. A few people in academic aren't really on board or super happy with the schools now doing high quality research. And it's all about creating that cohort of people who are actually out there, actioning and learning at the coal face. I hope webside is great. It's got some really great, tangible synthesis of Really some high, high fidelity work that's translatable to many, many teachers. That's great.
