I've Been Doing One Arm Hangs for a While Now.

I don't do it a lotit hurts because i'm atic, lik i get like loor bruises my hipshum from the weight belt. I will sometimes do a three fingerd drag, just ecause it's good to switch it up. But other than that, i sort of just grabe the hold however it feels good, and i hang on it as it verys on the day. My theory is, like, the way i would grab a hangboard edge is the way i'd grab that edge if i was climbing. That's how i'm t hold it on a boulder too. So it my head. It's like easier to train myself to try hard
