How to Use Anticipation to Save Money

One of the things that I've been using recently is something called Digit. It's a little app for finance that helps you save more money, hook it up to your bank account and then it helps you save because it anticipates how much it thinks you can save every couple of days. So maybe it shouldn't save this week, but next week it'll catch up and we might save again. You also had some examples of where it goes horribly wrong, of course. Like with your calendar issues and the events in your calendar that you haven't put there yourself.
