How to Have a Good Morning Routine

I would definitely suggest that you make your mind stuff a big priority. And you may then catch that in that first few seconds before you even get out of bed. We walk our dogs on the beach every morning at around six in the morning. I don't look at my emails until I've actually done this little routine thing. So that's kind of what my routine looks like, obviously there's the food in between. But some days I'd go and do a workout or some days going to have a sooner or straight after before I start the day.
