The Effects of Body Orders on Muscle Damage
A lot of body orders have complained that they don't always get their timing correct and so they kind of don't look the way they want to look on stage with the super compensation effect. So there's a kind of a delay in terms of the kind of the appearance that they're looking for. And I've wondered whether this is because as body orders do tend to go into towards competition, they can often change their programming slightly. Also, they tend to adopt higher repetition sets which are known to cause more muscle damage. But yeah, I think the effect is probably more likely due to a, probably a lack of proper training programming.
