The RPE Is a Measure of Training Intensity

The volume probably went up by about 50% within the first 12 weeks and then it just continued to grow. I was doing five sessions a week at that point. So again, we're talking about good genetics coupled with 15 hours, a lot of training. The RPE is or stands for a rate of perceived exertion. And training intensity is one of the principles that need to be increased over your training lifespan in order to facilitate hypertrophy.
