The Effects of Carrots on Antioxidant Levels
The omega 3, 6 ratio of a carrot is equivalent to the amount of grain. The level of antioxidant and polyphenols in different vegetables can range from one to 50. "One to 50 is massive," says French scientist Dan Kitrej.
