The Importance of Fish in a Vegetarian Diet

Fish and eggs are some of the most nutrient dense foods that we have high protein but nutrient dense food so what's your thought on egg is an economical source of protein that you can have as a vegetarian. I eat a tremendous amount of fish and I recently got my heavy metals tested I did the hair test and the blood test and my metals are very low but I tend to eat a lot of sardines, a lotof sardines and mackerel and maybe some other things that I've been there. The last food I want to ask you about is eggs.
