How to Increase Training Volume for Women
When training reps and sets depends on what your kind of metric you're using for training volume in your program. A simple way is just to let women do the more reps they can do. I like to use a lot of this intensity based programming because It also regulates the training volume based on someone's fiber top composition, among other things.
