The Importance of Awareness Over Time
Shelley: As we're learning about these different things, it is a cumulative process of awareness over a period of time that gets you closer to these big learning moments or big ahas. And I think that just to sort of keep that in mind. When we are worried, when we're anxious, when we ruminate, when we have negative self talk, that is a form of awareness. So not all awareness is great. Not all engagement is great. But kind of being curious about your own behaviors there of what happens around this.
