How to Get Back on the Core After an Injury

The body's naturally a little bit asymmetrical. But is there like a certain percentage or a certain amount that you want to see in that injured side compared to the non-injured? Yeah, I mean, usually you want to have at least like a no more than 15 asymmetry, ideally within that 15% range is fine. And if you know what you were before you got injured, then you're just trying to get back to what you werebefore you got injured and not comparing left and right. So ideally you have a baseline of certain measures that are important.
