A good technique on the candidate side, if you're if they're going to try to renegotiate an offer, or just setting in expectation on what they're looking for. At front is really breaking up the numbers with evidence, or breaking down the numbers if they need to ask for more. If they need five thousand a relocation that wasn't offered, if they can do a little explaining behind those numbers, it will really help them in the long run. So at the end of the day, if you've done a really great job with this candidate, and if they've done a great job on they're interviewing, perhaps you'll be seeing an offer.
