Dr Chiel Poffé obtained his Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science as well as his PhD in Exercise Physiology. He is one of the lead researchers investigating ketone bodies and their role in response to exercise and training. We share excerpts from Mikki’s interview with Chiel Poffé about his research.
