Do You Have a Problem With Your Breathing Technique?

Make sure that you're breathing correctly. You don't have to do a rushed exhale and inhale when the face is out of the water which is kind of a common common mistakes. Even at what they perceive as low intensity as they have a bit of CO2 build-up, it's really just a CO2 build up. Just make sure that you you become efficient at producing your energy aerobically.
