The increase in longevity is one that really lit you up there's a couple other we discussed. Are there any other ideas that you've come across over the years that you just can't seem to really get out of your head? I think like the expectation about sleep was huge for me because I had always had kind of disturbed nights but I tried not to kind of catastrophize it and just be happy with the sleep I'm getting.
