I think it's one of those, one of the most impressive foods when you look at the stats. Some patients that I've seen that have high cholesterol as measured by not just LDL C, but also APB containing lipoproteins who do hyper absorb some of that cholesterol. For some people, that still does have an effect. And in some cases, avoiding it might be a reasonable thing to suggest,. even though it pains me because I love eggs myself and I like them runny as well.
