The Importance of Staffing

I view our staff as customers. I think for a lot of people, they think they're doing someone a favor by giving them a job. We've got to unbored them, you know, and put them through a process to see if they're the right person. Um, that's a full process. That's how I view it. And ultimately what we have to accept is that our people are our product. So there is a big investment along the way to make people work for the business in the same way that we work with customers.
