Is There a Niche Industry?
When you're in a niche industry, you have to just niche further down. We only worked with companies they manufacturing or industrial. A couple of things that we knew for instance, like none of them use CRMs. So we had to do a lot of coaching and make a lot of content around why CRM are vital as a business tool. But really it comes down to just nicheing down and then building your entire go to market around that.
