How to Facilitate a Workshop

At 14 people, there are 91 possible lines of communication. So everyone is always connected to everyone else. I think having these lines of communication in mind that after a workshop you want everyone to be in a conversation with each other might actually be a good way to die down the number of participants. If there are too many too many participants, then you have just navigated yourself into the better by syndrome when nobody's going to go and help if somebody collapses on the street. And so, oh, we want to be inclusive. So let's invite everyone who could possibly benefit from the workshop instead of any everyone who couldpossibly contribute to the workshop.
