How to Stop Eating at a Meal

I tend to have a hard time knowing when to stop eating and often eat beyond the point when I realize in hindsight or sometimes in foresight that it would have been better to stop. So mindful eating of the part you know it's a part of after method where it's about becoming yeah more chimps those signals and also becoming aware of the questions we're asking ourselves most people are looking for the sense of complete satisfaction with the meal but by the time we've finally reached that state 20 minutes later we'll realize we've over-reasoned and taken more so than actually we needed. Instead, try going for that feeling of being satisfied pleasantly satisfied so your stomach feels pleasantly state-ass
