How Do You Structure Your Training?
In general, i am structure. I start withthe he prioritys first. The one thing is the metabolic what is going to happen from the metabolic side. Then comes a long period where were strength and strengs endurance, where they take a big part of the training. And then 8-12 weeks before dhemain competition you should use what you build up before to n n make it economically. So try to teach you body to get the best out of it, but in a really economical way.
