We default to whatever our want and what we are in our bubble at that point. We can actually be well off the mark so if I consider other alternatives to the making sense of it, go right. The ABCD is quite a handy thing to use but above all it maybe allows you to manage your own emotion. If you're being overly emotional about something have a quick self-check how did I make sense of it?
