i think if you rush too much through a lot of these different instructionas a lot of time, it can be, ah, somewhat wasteful. One person who's been putting out instructions lately that i've really been enjoying is craig jones. I actually had the goal of going to new york in 20 20 to try train with the squad,. back when it was like the whole squad ron together with craig nickie gordon. A, however, because of covet, i wasn't able to do that. And decided the train t be tmad ar. Some friends who had already been sotat indefinitely madeit a very easy decision.
