Are You Having a Team in Your Business?

i made a decision when i started th business, but 15 years ago, that i would never have any employees. And i changed that this yere, where i took on a full time assistant. Now i'm kind of thinking, ok, well, maybe i'll be happy enough having up to five people. I just see the scale ability and flexibility and kind of multiplying effect that that gives you. You know, most people listening to thisar prprobably like me in that, you know, we want to do the work, and we want to help people. We don't want to be full-time managing or daphne.
