How to Visualize Finish Lines

The trick is that you can almost negatively affect yourself if you have only visualized everything going right as we just touched on. You have to visualize like my coach spends a lot of time where he's like okay you're gonna spend the next week like 15 to 20 minutes a day minimum thinking about things going badly and how you're gonna deal with them. That was a huge game changer for my running because I went from visualizing the glory to visualizing the hard work and visualizing how I was going to work through what went badly.
