The first month was the most terrifying period I've been through at a career level. There's not much that could scare me more than that period now. Everybody was expecting this freefall in property values. The banks were very supportive, but they're asking a lot of questions. We did 350 transactions through lockdown without any open for inspections. Shh. 2020, we did 1.2 bean in sales. 2021, we did 2.2 bean. An average sale price? Cross the group, it was about two million. It's massive numbers. And there's actually going to be some good opportunities that come out of these.
