You Don't Like What You Feel

As you begin to pay more attention to your physical body, you may become conscious of feelings you have suppressed or avoided for many years. Anything that then feels overwhelming or that we're resisting, there's a reason. So change your language. Not this is too hard. I can't do this. This is new and unfamiliar. I'm smiling here. And going back to one of the gifts of our body in another practical way to begin to build this conscious awareness is through breathing.
