Are You a Leader Who's Committed to Growth and Development?

I feel like I've got a good sense of who I am and what I want to work towards. However I do need to go back to your points of understanding that why the values and the operating system to be able to deliver on those outcomes. It's probably what causes the rub with the senior people like you're not seeing them growing in a way that's more aligned with the aspirational leader. Do you think it's possible to be that type of leader within the construct that you're in?
