The Importance of Mexican Food

I love Mexican food. I went for some slow-cooked carnitas tacos with guacamole, black beans, coriander, and pico de gallo. Has that always been a thing or is it at least in your school? Just these past few years. It's so close to LA as well and having a lot of friends who've gone out there to make music to Mexico City. But I went there with my friends in January. It was really nice. Honestly, just sitting on the beach, drink margaritas, eating tacos, doing absolutely nothing. Great. And the guacamoles I'm told, so I've never been, is the best.
