What's the Correct Etiquette Response?

I always want to offer. I feel like it's up to the host whether they want to accept or not. Lea, if you are rebuffed, then don't insist. And especially this time of year, when people bring out their good China, people are very sensitive about their dishes and they don't want them stacked. Like just let them handle it. So I think it's okay to just take no for an answer.
